Ground pu, commonly known as Dibu, vine creature in the south, looks like a gourd, long, sweet. It is a good product for relieving heat. Although it is not summer yet, the highest temperature today has reached 30 degrees!

Stir-fried Ground Pork with Watercress

1. I washed the ground grass I bought back, I used half of it first

2. Peeled and sliced and shredded

3. The fresh broad beans I bought are a bit old, so I peeled off some watercress

4. 2 prepared ingredients

5. Frying pan

6. Add the ground pu and watercress and stir fry

7. Stir fry until the ground pu is soft, add some salt to taste

8. Add some chicken essence before starting the pan, sprinkle chopped green onion to make the pan

You can also add water to make Dipu Douban Soup!
