Stir-fried Hor Fun with Ham

Finely chop garlic.

Wash the chives and cut into sections.

Cut the ham into thin strips.

Pour oil into the pot, heat it up on high heat, add minced garlic and stir up the aroma.

Add the ham sausage and stir until the surface is slightly burnt.

Pour in the pho.

Pour in soy sauce and stir fry with chopsticks a few times.

Add a little water and continue to stir-fry evenly with chopsticks.

Stir-fry until the moisture is dry, add the shallots, and then turn off the heat.
