Stir-fried Hor Fun with Shacha Sauce
1.
Unpack the pho noodles (the same goes for the pho noodles sold in the market). Use a basin to scatter, scatter with chopsticks, wash and drain the leeks, and cut into sections.
2.
Lean meat slices, chicken powder, light soy sauce, cornstarch, stir evenly and marinate
3.
Heat oil in a pan, keep the high heat and stir-fry the lean pork slices until 9 is mature
4.
Pour the rice noodles, add a little oyster sauce, stir fry for a while, then put down the leeks, shacha sauce, lift the pan with your hands and turn it up and down evenly.
5.
Alright~~ Enjoy the fragrant pho immediately!
Tips:
If the sauce is salty enough, you don’t need to add additional salt. If it’s too salty, you won’t be able to eat it. Pour the leek and stir fry evenly. The pho is cooked by itself, shake it a few times and mix well.
