Stir-fried Jellyfish Head with Cabbage

Soak the jellyfish head for 30 minutes and wash off.

Wash the cabbage and set aside.
3.
Slice the cabbage and cut the cabbage leaves into sections.

Cut the jellyfish head into sections.

Heat the pepper oil, add green onion, garlic cloves, dried chilies, pour in appropriate amount of vinegar, then add cabbage and continue to stir fry, add jellyfish head and salty salt when it comes out of the pan, and finally add coriander and leave the pan.
