Stir-fried Kelp and Cabbage with Soy Sauce

Cut the soaked kelp into filaments, boil it in boiling water, and remove it.

Cut the cabbage into thin strips.

Heat up a proper amount of oil in the pan, add the shredded pork and fry until white.

Add Korean bean jam.
5.
Stir fry until delicious, add green onion and ginger to fragrant.

Add shredded cabbage and stir fry.
7.
Add kelp shreds.
8.
Stir-fry to the extent you like, add a little coriander, carrots, and salt and stir well.
