Stir-fried Lamb

Slice the lamb, add starch and soy sauce and marinate for a while.

Chopped green onions.

Heat oil in a pot and add lamb.

Stir fry until the color changes.
5.
Reheat the oil in the pot and sauté the shallots.

Add lamb.

Add salt and stir fry evenly out of the pan.
Tips:
1. This is a fast-handed dish, and only a quick stir fry can make the lamb tender and juicy.
2. The scallions are both the supporting role and the leading role in this dish. With it, the lamb can be free of mutton smell and full of fragrance.
