Stir-fried Lamb with Scallions

1. Put 300 grams of lamb in a bowl, pour 5g light soy sauce, 2g pepper, 5g cornstarch, stir well and marinate for 5 minutes

2. Put 8ml of oil in the pot, add appropriate amount of shredded ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, pour in the marinated lamb
