Stir-fried Lamb with Scallions

Rinse the lamb first, then cut the lamb into small pieces, and soak it in water for a while after the cut.

Take out the soaked lamb, sprinkle it with cooking wine starch and grab it by hand.

Cut the green onion into pieces and chop the ginger

Pour oil into the pan, add the marinated lamb, and stir fry

Tips:
When making this dish, pay attention to the heat. When making step 4, the heat should be small, otherwise it will stick to the pan.
