Stir-fried Lamb with Scallions

1. Slice the lamb, marinate with salt, sugar, pepper and light soy sauce for 20 minutes. Mix the vinegar and light soy sauce thoroughly.

3. Heat oil in wok

4. Add lamb slices and stir fry
