Stir-fried Lamb with Scallions

Wash lamb and slice, add cooking wine, starch, and a little salt to marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut the green onion into diagonal sections and shred the ginger.

Pick up the frying pan and sauté the ginger shreds.

Add the mutton slices and stir fry, then add the light soy sauce to fry the mutton.

Add scallions and stir fry for a while, add salt and stir fry evenly, then it can be out of the pan.
Tips:
I used the simplest seasoning. In fact, adding cumin, chili, chopped pepper, etc. according to my preference will be delicious.
