Stir-fried Lobster Tails

I bought frozen shrimp tails. Thaw and blanch it with boiling water.

Heat the oil, add the garlic cloves and the sesame pepper, stir fry, add the prawn tails (the tail should be dried and the water content) and stir fry.

Then add the green onions and stir fry together with soy sauce. It is cooked as long as the flavour is delicious and the skin is crispy.

Add a little salt to the pan
