Stir-fried Loofah with Barbecued Pork
1.
Peel the loofah and cut it into hob pieces;
2.
Cut the barbecued pork slices into thin slices, boil over medium-high heat, sauté the sliced barbecued pork slices and set aside;
3.
Do not wash the pot, turn on the fire again, heat the pot, add vegetable oil, add shredded ginger, and sauté;
4.
Turn on the fire and pour the loofah;
5.
Flip the melon until it's ripe, add 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/3 tsp of pepper, and mix well. Pour in the char siu and fry the loofah until it is broken.
Tips:
1. I heard from the elders that loofah is cold, so use ginger to drive away the cold and promote freshness.
2. The loofah itself has a hint of sweetness, and the char siu itself is also honey-glazed barbecued pork, which also contains sugar, so you can avoid adding sugar when frying.
