Okonomiyaki-japanese Vegetable Pancakes

Shred cabbage, onion, shiitake mushrooms, and cut green onions into small pieces

Mix flour and water evenly, add appropriate amount of salt

Put all the ingredients except the eggs into the batter and mix well

Put the oil in the hot pan, medium and low heat, pour the ingredients into the pan, and beat an egg

2. Barbecued pork can be replaced with other meats such as pork or sausage
