Stir-fried Macaroni with Spicy Tempeh
1.
Remove the hard rod at the back of the dish and wash and drain.

Chop green onions and mince ginger.
3.
Put a spoonful of spicy tempeh sauce in the hot oil in the pan and stir fry until fragrant.
4.
Pour the chopped green onion and minced ginger into the pot and sauté.
5.
Pour the macaroni into the pot and stir fry.
6.
Stir-fry until the macaroni is soft and add proper amount of chicken essence.
Tips:
1. The tempeh is already salty, so there is no need to add salt.
2. The tempeh needs to be fragrant with hot oil to get a better taste~
