Stir-fried Malan Tou

1. Wash Malan's head.

2. Slice garlic.

3. Put oil in a pot and add garlic until fragrant.

4. Put in Malan head.

5. Stir-fry until the color changes, add an appropriate amount of salt and quickly stir-fry evenly.

6. Finished platter.
