Stir-fried Melon Shreds

Peel the wax gourd, wash it, and cut into shredded wax gourd. Wash red peppers and cut into shreds, wash green peppers and cut into sections, and shred ginger.

Heat the wok, add the oil to heat, add the shredded ginger to the pan, then add shredded winter melon and stir fry.

Pour in a little water and simmer for a while, and simmer the winter melon.

Add some oyster sauce and braise.

After the winter melon is cooked, add red pepper and stir fry.

Add green garlic and stir fry.

After tasting, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly to start the pan.
Tips:
Because I put oyster sauce, I didn't put chicken essence or MSG and other flavours. People who like it can put some.
