Stir-fried Minced Pork with Beet Head
1.
Baidu posted a picture to show everyone what the beetroot looks like. Good beetroots have a more even dark red inside, rather than zebra-like red and white stripes.
2.
Minced pork belly, add cooking wine and white pepper, and marinate for 10 minutes; shred the beet head; slice the millet into thin slices,
3.
Add oil in a hot pan, add chopped green onion and stir fragrant
4.
Add the minced pork belly and stir-fry until the color turns white
5.
Add light soy sauce and stir well
6.
After the beetroots are cooked evenly, add a little water and simmer for 5 minutes
7.
Add millet spicy, add salt and stir fry.
Tips:
1. The beet head is harder to cut when shredded, you can use a grater
2. Beetroot is very oil-absorbing, so I use fatter pork belly, which has almost half the fat-to-lean ratio, so I don't use a lot of oil. If the meat is thinner, add more oil.
