It is now the season when moss is on the market. Fresh and tender moss, add some shredded pork, add chili and stir fry over high heat. It tastes great.

Stir-fried Moss with Shredded Pork

1. Pick and wash the moss and cut into sections

2. Pork cut into strips

3. Heat oil in a pot, add shredded pork and stir fry

4. Add moss and stir fry

5. Add Weijixian soy sauce and stir fry

6. Finally add salt to taste

Tips:

Stir-fry on high heat and add chili to taste delicious.
