Stir-fried Mutton with Green Onions

First cut the lamb into thin slices.

Add soy sauce, cumin powder, and pepper to marinate for a few minutes.

Cut the side of the onion into thin slices like this.

Stir-fry, put oil in a hot pan, and add the marinated lamb.

Put a spoonful of vinegar and cover on medium heat for about 4 minutes.

Add the green onions and stir fry for about 2 minutes, and finally add half a spoon of salt (5 teaspoons of soy sauce was added when marinating, so put half a spoon of salt), stir fry and bring out the pot.

Tips:
1. Because I put 5 teaspoons of soy sauce to marinate the lamb in advance, some water will come out of the lamb, so I didn't add water when I fry.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar when frying, because the lamb is better absorbed by the body after the vinegar is added, and the lamb is rotten faster and cooked faster.
