The temperature has dropped drastically in the past few days. It is a good time to stick to the autumn fat. The nutritious and delicious lamb is the first choice for the autumn and winter seasons. Let's try it together!

Stir-fried Mutton with Green Onions

1. First cut the lamb into thin slices.

2. Add soy sauce, cumin powder, and pepper to marinate for a few minutes.

3. Cut the side of the onion into thin slices like this.

4. Stir-fry, put oil in a hot pan, and add the marinated lamb.

5. Put a spoonful of vinegar and cover on medium heat for about 4 minutes.

6. Add the green onions and stir fry for about 2 minutes, and finally add half a spoon of salt (5 teaspoons of soy sauce was added when marinating, so put half a spoon of salt), stir fry and bring out the pot.

Tips:

Tips:
1. Because I put 5 teaspoons of soy sauce to marinate the lamb in advance, some water will come out of the lamb, so I didn't add water when I fry.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar when frying, because the lamb is better absorbed by the body after the vinegar is added, and the lamb is rotten faster and cooked faster.
