Stir-fried naan with cabbage is a halal dish with Xinjiang characteristics. It is available in large and small restaurants. It is a typical combination of noodles and dishes, and it is also a meal in one dish.

Stir-fried Naan with Cabbage

1. Ingredients: Naan, cabbage

2. Cut the naan into diamond-shaped blocks

3. Wash the cabbage and tear it into pieces by hand

4. Heat the pan with cold oil, heat 80% of the oil, pour into the naan

5. Deep-fry the naan until golden brown, pick up and set aside

6. Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot, add the minced garlic and saute
