Stir-fried Noodles with Tomatoes and Eggs

Wash tomatoes, peeled and cut into pieces

Beat the eggs in a bowl

Heat oil in a pan, pour the eggs and fry them

Push the egg aside, pour in the tomatoes and stir fry with base oil to soften

Mix together and add a small amount of water (because it is winter tomatoes, you don’t need to add water in summer) and cook until the tomatoes come out of juice

Pour the fried noodles

Stir fry evenly and add salt to taste
