Stir-fried Noodles with Vegetables

1. Shredded sauerkraut, potato flour, boiled in boiling water.

2. Mince the meat, scallion, ginger and garlic.

3. Add bottom oil to the pot and add green onion and ginger.

4. Add minced meat and saute until fragrant.

5. Put in the first dish.

6. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce.

7. Add the vermicelli and minced garlic sesame oil and stir fry for a few times.

8. Plate.
