Stir-fried Octopus Feet with Green Red Pepper and Onion
1.
The big octopus feet are thawed in advance in the refrigerated fresh-keeping room, soaked and cleaned, peeled off the skin (or not peeled off), and cut into thin slices.
2.
Soak the green and red peppers in water for 15-20 minutes in advance; pour a small pot of water into a deep pot and turn on high heat.
3.
Boil the water, pour 71 grams of octopus foot slices, and blanch for 1, 2 minutes.
4.
Use a colander to pick up the octopus foot pieces, rinse under running water, and drain the water for later use.
5.
Clean the surface of the soaked green and red pepper, cut the stalk, and dig out the core.
6.
Slice vertically, and cut each slice into triangles for later use.
7.
The onion is also cut into triangles, and each slice is opened for easy frying.
8.
Add two or three bowls of water to the pot, bring to a boil on high heat, pour in the green and red peppers, blanch the water for ten seconds, pick up the flushing water, and drain the water for later use.
9.
Dry the water in the pan, pour soybean oil, turn on medium-high heat, pour in the drained octopus foot slices, quickly stir-fry for a while, pour in the light soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry for a while.
10.
Pour all the onion slices into the pan and continue to fry them quickly.
11.
Pour in the green and red peppers, stir fry for 2, 3 minutes, add salt, stir fry evenly, and out of the pan.
Tips:
1. Avoid hot eyes when handling onions. Cut them in half and soak them in water for a while.
2. The octopus feet are tougher, so cut them as thinly as possible.
3. Vegetables can be replaced with easily cooked ingredients according to personal preference.
4. Seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste.
