Stir-fried Pasta with Salmon

Prepare the ingredients

Dice salmon, dice carrots, wash the kale, remove the old skin, and dice

Boil the pasta in boiling water with oil and salt for 15 minutes. After it is cooked, let it cool and drain and set aside

Melt the butter in the pot, add the diced salmon and cook, then sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, mix well and serve.

Then add diced carrots and stir fry

Add the kale and stir fry together

Then add the watercress and continue to stir-fry, then add some water to boil
