Stir-fried Pig Intestines with Green Pepper

Prepare ingredients for later use (Pork sausage is a cooked food bought in the supermarket)

Slice the green pepper, cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic.

Put oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and a little chili until fragrant.

Pour the pork intestines and stir fry.
