Stir-fried Pork Belly

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Stir the pork belly slices out of the oil on a low heat in a pot, leave the oil in the pot, and put the oil residue out for use

3. Add the dried bittern incense and stir under low heat. Try to stir the two sides of each slice to slightly yellow (turn over with wooden chopsticks)
