Stir-fried Pork Belly with Lettuce

Prepare the materials.

Wash and slice the lettuce, and slice the meat for later use. Salt the lettuce for 2 to 3 minutes to make the lettuce more crispy. Rinse well after marinating, drain the water and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, pour in the meat slices and stir-fry until it turns yellow.
