Stir-fried Pork Intestines with Hakka Pickles

1. The pig intestines are neatly cut into sections, and salt, eggs, cornstarch, baking soda, and oil are added for marinating.

2. After pulling the marinated pig intestines into oil, beat up to control the oil.

3. Heat the pan with oil, sauté ginger, green onion, garlic, and chili until fragrant.

4. Add the pickles and stir fry until fragrant.
