Stir-fried Pork Liver with Pickled Peppers

Wash the liver and slice it.

Add bean paste, chicken bouillon, white pepper noodles, cooking wine, and starch flavor for 10 minutes.

Cut ginger and garlic into small pieces.

Remove stalks, wash and cut green peppers; wash and cut green onions.

Add oil to the wok to heat up, add pickled peppers, pickled ginger, ginger, and garlic to fry for a nice flavor.

Add pork liver, stir-fry quickly, and cook.

Add green peppers and green onions to the remaining oil.

Stir-fry for a few times, add pork liver, stir-fry quickly, turn off the heat and start the pot.

Stir-fried pork liver with pickled pepper is ready.
Tips:
Be sure to stir fry quickly on high heat, so that the fried pork liver will be crispy and tender.
