Stir-fried Pork Tongue with Green Onions

We add pork tongue with cooking wine and ginger. Clean the tunica albuginea above.

Cut it into pieces. This is leftover from the cold salad I used.

Heat up the pan and turn to low heat when it is 50% hot. Add Pixian bean paste and stir fry to get the red oil.

Add minced garlic and stir fry.

Turn to high heat, pour in pork tongue and stir fry quickly.

Put cooking wine. Stir-fry light soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Add ginger slices. Stir-fry for half a minute with the green onion slices cut into an oblique knife.

Put some chicken essence. Stir fry quickly and get up.
