Stir-fried Pork with Green Pepper and Dried Cowpea

Prepare the main ingredients

Cut the cowpea into sections, shred the green pepper, slice the meat, and make two pieces of garlic.

Tips:
There is no need to add salt to this dish. The dried cowpea is dried and then salt is added to the jar. Adding salt will make it very salty.
