Stir-fried Pork with Red Pepper and Potato

Cut the meat, red pepper, and potatoes into shreds. Soak the shredded potatoes in salt water to avoid discoloration. Add diced ginger, cooking wine, salt, and pepper to the shredded pork and set aside.
