Ingredients

Stir-fry with Snow Peas and Seasonal Vegetables

1. Cut bell peppers into small pieces, remove the stems from both ends of snow peas (soak in brine for 10 minutes), then wash

2. Slice lotus root, soak in water (so as not to oxidize and turn black in the air) for later use

3. Fungus bubble hair wash

4. The lotus root, fungus, and snow peas are all in the boiling water with two drops of sesame oil dripped (drip sesame oil can keep the color of the ingredients fresh and not change color due to water)

5. First add minced garlic and saute, then add lotus root, fungus, snow peas and stir-fry together

6. Finally, add the red bell peppers and fry them until they are cut off.
