Stir-fried Pork with Vegetable Pepper
1.
Choose vegetable chili, which is slightly sweet and not spicy.
2.
Wash and slice vegetable peppers.
3.
Meat slices.
4.
Add straw mushroom soy sauce, rice wine, salt, sugar, pepper, and dry starch to the meat slices.
5.
Grab and mix evenly with your hands. It is best to grab a little longer with your hands, so that the meat will be more tender when fried.
6.
Put oil in the pan, fry the minced ginger until fragrant, add the meat slices, and stir-fry evenly until the color changes.
7.
Take a space in the middle and add a little boiling water.
8.
Cover and simmer for 1 minute, so that the fried pork is very soft and tender.
9.
After the meat slices are fried, add the vegetable pepper slices.
10.
Stir-fry for half a minute. Vegetable pepper does not need to be fried for a long time, and quick-fry will better retain its nutrients.
11.
The fried dishes are ready for serving.
