Stir-fried Potato Vine with Garlic

The sweet potato vines are cleaned. Don’t look at a lot of the sweet potato vines grown by yourself. They don’t have a lot of weight when fried.

Remove the old stems and leave the young leaves and vines

After the water in the pot is boiled, add the sweet potato vines and blanch the water

Boil for about 1 minute, pick up, drain the water

Add oil to the pot and heat it up, then add the minced garlic to explode the aroma

Add sweet potato vines, add salt

Add fermented bean curd

Just mix it evenly, the whole process is 3 or 4 minutes, and a pair of chopsticks will finish the dish.
