Stir-fried Potatoes with Kaiyang Cabbage

1. Ingredients: Chinese cabbage

3. Kaiyang (already soaked)

4. Wash the cabbage and remove it.

5. Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

6. Wash the potatoes and peel them.

7. Cut into strips on the chopping board.

8. Then, lower the cut potatoes into a pot of clean water and blanch them until they are cut and cooked.
