Stir-fried Pugua with Mushroom and Edamame

1. Ingredients: Pugua.

2. Edamame (peeled and washed).

3. Fresh shiitake mushrooms (washed and sliced).

4. Cut half a puquat, peel it, and wash it.

5. Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

6. Afterwards, put the edamame into a pot of clear water and boil, cook until it is cut and cooked and soft, remove it.

7. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the cut pomelo and shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.

8. Next, add some water to boil and cook until the Pugua is broken.

9. Then, combine the edamame and stir fry.

10. Finally, add some salt and chicken essence.

11. Stir-fry well and serve.
