Stir-fried Pumpkin Seedlings

Fresh pumpkin seedlings.

Remove the old "skin" from the outside of the pumpkin seedlings one by one. Wash the peeled pumpkin seedlings and set aside.

Chop garlic and cut red pepper into sections for later use.

Heat up the oil, add garlic and red pepper and sauté until fragrant.
5.
Pour in the pumpkin seedlings and stir fry.
6.
Stir-fry for about a minute, add a little salt and stir well, then turn off the heat.
Tips:
This dish has its own delicate fragrance, so put less salt.
