Stir-fried Pumpkin Seedlings

Cleaning up the pumpkin seedlings is a bit time-consuming. First, pick the leaves and open the pumpkin vines to remove the epidermis and fluff.

Clean the picked vines first. The leaves must be rubbed to remove the fine hairs on the surface and dry the water.

Add oil in a hot pan, stir-fry the garlic for a fragrance, pour the pumpkin vine and stir-fry for a while.

Pour in pumpkin leaves, add a little water, and cook for about three minutes.

Tips:
