Stir-fried Pumpkin Shreds

1. Soak dry fungus with water in advance

2. One long pumpkin, peeled and washed for later use

4. Add appropriate amount of salt to the pumpkin shreds and mix well

5. One red pepper, remove the stalks, remove the seeds, wash and set aside

Tips:

Pumpkin can’t be eaten with:
Vinegar and pumpkin: when eaten together, acetic acid damages the nutrients in pumpkin.
Carp and pumpkin each other: the same food will be poisoned.
