Stir-fried Puquat with Garlic

Peel the Puquat and cut into thin slices

Garlic beaten flat and chopped for later use
3.
Sauté garlic in a hot pan with oil
4.
Add the puffballs and stir-fry evenly, season with a little salt
5.
Pour in a little water, and fry until the Pugua is broken
6.
Finished product
