Stir-fried River Prawns

Ingredients: river prawns (cleaned), yuba (soaked, cleaned and cut into sections), shredded mustard

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the saucepan, add the washed prawns, and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, combine the yuba and mustard shreds and stir fry.
5.
Then, 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Stir-fry well and serve.
