Stir-fried River Prawns
1.
Wash river prawns and control dry water
2.
Wash the garlic sprouts and cut diagonally into sections
3.
Cut three or four slices of ginger and set aside
4.
Stir fragrant ginger slices in a hot pot with cold oil, then pour in the river prawns and stir-fry quickly after the oil temperature rises
5.
Add garlic sprouts after the prawns change color
6.
Add salt and cook soy sauce
