Stir-fried River Prawns

Ingredients: river prawns (cleaned), yuba (soaked, cleaned and cut into sections), shredded mustard

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cleaned river prawns, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, combine the yuba and mustard shreds and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Stir-fry well and serve.
