Stir-fried River Prawns

Cut off the shrimp whiskers and the shrimp gun, and wash them.

Shred the green pepper.
3.
Use a little more oil, and stir-fry the prawns when the oil is hot.

Stir-fry the prawns after turning red to fry the water in the dried prawns.

Tips:
1. This dish needs a little more oil. The water in the prawns should be fried dry. Less oil will stick to the pan. The water in the prawns will be crispy when fried.
2. Don't be lazy, the shrimp must be cut off, otherwise you will stick your mouth when you eat it.
