Stir-fried River Prawns with Green Peppers

To deal with the shrimp, cut off the long legs, tentacles, and the sharp object on the shrimp head. I don't know what it is called.

Prepare the auxiliary materials, cut the green pepper into small pieces, and slice the ginger and garlic (I removed all the green peppers, which is my personal preference)

Heat deep-fried shrimp, deep-fry until the outer skin is crispy, remove and set aside.

Stir-fry the ginger and garlic with hot oil and add the green pepper.
5.
Pour in the fried garlic sprouts and stir fry together, add salt.
6.
Finished product.
Tips:
For green peppers, I use large green peppers, which are not very spicy.
