Stir-fried River Prawns with Leek

Prepare the ingredients you need.

Rinse the river prawns with clean water and drain the water.

Clean the leeks, use a knife to cut the leeks, and slice the ginger and garlic.

Turn on the fire, pour the right amount of cooking oil into the pot, then add the garlic and ginger slices and sauté.

Then pour in the washed prawns and stir fry for a while with a spatula.

Stir fry until the color of the prawns turns red, add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Then pour in the leeks and stir fry.

Pour in 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce and 1 tsp oyster sauce and stir fry.

Finally, pour 1 tsp of fresh chicken sauce seasoning and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
1. You must buy fresh, green-black, almost transparent shells for river prawns. It is not suitable to pick too large a shrimp. The prawns must be easy to pierce their mouths, or the prawns must be cut off the sharp mouths. It is easy to clean the shrimp with light salt water.
2. Don't fry the leeks for too long after putting them in, as the leeks will be cooked easily.
