Stir-fried River Prawns with Leek
1.
Wash the small river prawns with water more than a few times
2.
Drain the river prawns and prepare appropriate amount of cornmeal (a coup here, look carefully)
3.
Sprinkle the cornmeal evenly on the river prawns
4.
Mix well, as shown below
5.
Wash the leeks and cut into small pieces, shred the ginger and set aside
6.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté fragrant ginger
7.
Pour in the river prawns mixed with cornmeal, stir-fry on high heat until the color changes, and then continue to stir-fry for about two minutes.
8.
Sprinkle the leeks, add an appropriate amount of salt, and stir-fry for no more than 10 seconds to turn off the heat. Don’t take this step for a long time, because leeks are very easy to mature. Once they are fried for too long, it will affect both the appearance and the taste.
