Stir-fried River Prawns with Leek

Rinse the river prawns with clean water and drain the water.

Clean the leeks, use a knife to cut the leeks, and slice the ginger and garlic.

Tips:

2. Don't fry the leeks for too long after putting them in, as the leeks will be cooked easily.
