Stir-fried River Prawns with Leek
1.
Wash the prawns and control the moisture, and be sure to control them. Wash the leek and cut into small sections, cut the pepper into small circles, and chop the ginger and garlic.
2.
Pour the oil that is usually used for cooking in the pot, then pour in the river prawns and stir fry when the oil is hot.
3.
Stir fry until the prawns are crispy, remove and set aside.
4.
Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add minced ginger, minced garlic, and millet pepper until fragrant.
5.
Add the leeks and stir-fry until they are broken, add salt, and stir-fry evenly.
6.
Pour in the fried river prawns and stir fry quickly.
7.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
Don't cook the leeks for too long. River prawns can also be deep-fried. Home cooking is still healthy, but a little more oil is needed to make the prawns crispy.
